Kentfield Kennels is very fortunate to be able to breed service dog quality puppies and place many of our dogs with families that have special needs. We puppy test all of our puppies using the Volhard puppy test method to be sure we are choosing a puppy that will be successful in a service dog home.
Some very special families have benefited from our working with Foundations that specialize in children and adults with autism, downs syndrome, emotional, and physical limitations, PTSD and more.
Our Started puppy training program can get some families off to a great start if you want to train your own service puppy.
All of our puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club with limited registration, micro-chipped and enrolled in the AKC ReUnite program before they go into a new family home. This service is included in the purchase price of your puppy.

Our Started Puppies in our training program are trained to qualify for their Canine Good Citizen Certificate at the end of our program.
We are fortunate to have an American Kennel Club evaluator on site that is able to perform the CGC test. Clients will be able to take the test on the day you take your Started puppy home and submit the application to the American Kennel Club to have this title added to their puppies pedigree.
